Sogno La Vigna – adults-only vacation (20+)
Check-in: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM
Check-out: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
If you are unable to arrive or depart within the stated check-in or check-out times, Sogno La Vigna must be contacted in advance. Any other times are only permitted with our prior written approval. If the check-out time is exceeded without prior agreement, an extra night may be charged. A copy of a valid passport or ID must be provided before arrival. This is required under Italian law. In order to offer allergy-friendly accommodation, pets are not allowed on the premises.Guests at Sogno La Vigna value peace and quiet. Disturbance is therefore not permitted between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The property has an adults-only policy (20+).
Payment Terms
Upon reservation, we will send a confirmation/invoice and request a 30% deposit, which must be paid no later than 7 days after confirmation of the booking. The reservation is only considered final once this deposit has been received. Until the first payment has been made, the reservation is considered a non-binding option, and both the guest and the accommodation provider may cancel free of charge.The second payment must be credited to Sogno La Vigna’s account no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. If this payment is not received by the deadline, Sogno La Vigna reserves the right to cancel the reservation and charge cancellation fees in accordance with the cancellation policy. Any remaining amounts for additional costs and services and/or products provided at Sogno La Vigna must be paid locally in cash no later than the day of departure. City Tax
Please note that city tax is not included in the accommodation rate. The tax is €2 per person per night and must be paid locally upon departure
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the guest. Unfortunately, no refund is given in the event of cancellation. We therefore recommend taking out suitable travel and cancellation insurance. It is not possible to transfer the reservation to another person.Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to Sogno La Vigna, with confirmation of receipt. After receiving the cancellation, Sogno La Vigna will send a confirmation. Only then is the cancellation legally valid. In the event of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, the guest owes an amount equal to the deposit. In the event of cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full reservation amount becomes due. In addition, a cancellation fee of €50 will be charged. For package holidays, the full amount is always due. In the event of an interrupted stay, regardless of the reason, the guest remains liable for the full reservation amount. If cancellation charges are not paid by the deadline, the claim will — after a final written reminder — be forwarded to debt collection / legal enforcement, and all additional costs shall be borne by the guest.
Cancellation by Sogno La Vigna. If Sogno La Vigna is forced to cancel the stay due to circumstances beyond our control, the guest will be informed in writing and, if possible, offered an alternative. If no alternative can be offered or accepted, the amount already paid will be refunded. The guest shall have no further claims beyond this. Sogno La Vigna reserves the right to refuse or remove guests if the rules are not observed. Persons under 20 years of age and pets are not permitted on the premises. Any use of violence, weapons, drugs, or similar will result in immediate removal from the property.In the event of any resistance to removal, the right to a refund of the reservation amount is forfeited.
Housekeeping During the Stay
In order to provide our guests with as much privacy and peace as possible, no cleaning or servicing of the apartment is carried out during the stay. We therefore kindly ask our guests to maintain general tidiness and carry out simple cleaning themselves during their stay. For stays longer than 3 nights, clean bed linen is available on request. Towels and bath towels may also be ordered as needed.
Final Cleaning / Departure Condition
The room must be left tidy, and any furniture that has been moved must be returned to its original place. Any damage must be reported before departure. In the event of material damage, compensation will be agreed upon in consultation. Damage that is not reported may be charged afterwards.
Discounts
Discounts apply only to the basic rental price and cannot be combined with other offers. Any last-minute discounts do not apply to existing reservations.
Complaints
Any complaints or defects must be reported in writing to Sogno La Vigna as soon as they arise and before departure. Sogno La Vigna will do its utmost to resolve complaints or defects, within reasonable limits, in a manner satisfactory to the guest or through a solution acceptable to both parties. If the complaint cannot be resolved in a reasonable and fair manner, the guest is free to terminate the stay. Any remaining nights must then be paid before departure.
Liability
All risks associated with staying at Sogno La Vigna are borne by the guests. Sogno La Vigna is not liable for damage, personal injury, loss, or theft of any kind, whether caused by other guests or by any other circumstances. Damage to or loss of movable property and real property belonging to the owner must be reported immediately and compensated by the guests. Sogno La Vigna is not liable for damage to, loss of, or theft of the guests’ belongings. In the event of disputes, all legal costs shall be borne by the guest. Sogno La Vigna is not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, attacks, strikes, acts of violence, or accidents. Sogno La Vigna operates in accordance with the food safety system (HACCP) and the applicable protocols for the prevention of COVID-19 (Capo II della L.R. n. 9/2006), as established by the province. Sogno La Vigna is not liable for illness or death resulting from infection, including COVID-19.
